Zoning Committee 3/7/19 approval of Lincoln Yards: complete audio

Toward the end of a four-hour public meeting on Mar. 7, the Chicago City Council's Committee on Zoning, Landmarks, and Buildings Standards approved the planned-development ordinances that will codify creation of the Lincoln Yards complex. The ordinances will next face an approval vote by the full City Council.
